No help at all. From what I've seen and heard on tv thought they would been better. Didn't care at all

Got into a wreck outside of Waycross Georgia. The state trooper recommended this firm. I gave them a chance but, there were too many things that weren't in place for out-of-state litigations. I don't doubt their competence as lawyers but certain things need to be in place to complete out of state lawsuits. I thank them for their time.

Douglas Shantau, was my attny. He did an outstanding job Representing me I highly recommend him. He put up with a A great deal from me being anxious as well as kind words of encouragement to hang in there. I am Thankful to him.

It is very sad to see a law firm so unprofessional. I told my roommate to go to another company that does work and help there customers. It is sad to see problem after problem, they change there agents leaving there customers hanging, and not knowning what there own customers needs of continuing medical care. Not returning calls, loseing paperwork in there own office, that they had for weeks and months. I was there when corporate was called the the lady that answer was extremely rude and transfering to other departments that had nothing to do. Now way after a year and jurking my best friend and roomate around and still getting no where. It may be time to hire a much better firm and have them not only go after this firm, but help the client the way that was advertised. This company and there staff is the biggest joke we all have ever seen. We Highly recommend calling another company.
