        The area for this hotel was so sketchy, lots of questionable people hanging around in the parking lot. Glad it was only one night of the trip.

        The team at this hotel was fantastic and so helpful. Rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. Parking lot was safe and well lit. Complimentary breakfast was amazing! Their pool and laundry is currently out of service but otherwise I was very happy with my stay.

        I had requested a Queen double on the first floor. There were none available.! However, I was able to get a King Suite on of the first floor. Which worked out well with plenty of space. Especially, since my sister was unable to make the trip.

        DONT WASTE YOUR TIME MAKING A RESERVATION, THEY DONT HONOR IT!!!!! I called prior to booking and she said they had the room available and i would get a better rate on their website vs over the phone. So i made a reservation and it was confirmed and i didnt book it thru expedia or etc and thats how the lady was treating me at the front desk. When I arrived the lady at the desk said they overbooked and the jacuzzi room wasn't available. This is very uncalled for and unprofessional. The sliding door was shutting and closing and the staff didnt move the carts so it would stop. I watched them walk right by it.I drove from out of town to waycross ga to be there for a funeral and when I arrived my room wasn't available? I hope you make this right? My family and I decided to go stay at a different hotel in the area as the one I reserved wasn't available? I was very tired and exhausted from work all day and driving and just wanted to get into a room.
