Ever since they put fiber in, service has been horrible. You need to correct the situation before you loose customers

Internet outages. Overcharging me for internet and phone since 2005. This provider needs competition. Id gladly switch to anyone else. Update: I upgraded to their fiber. I stream everything on Hulu. So far I have missed the last 5 minutes of the Super Bowl and the last 5 laps of the Daytona 500 due to sudden outages. Very unsatisfied customer. Do not recommend.

TLDR: Increased number of service interruptions, with long repair times, and no compensation for loss of service. Use a different provider if available. Update: was told by technical support that if you don't have a router from Highline then you can't use their app. Update #2: after Highline replied to my review I called and was given a month free. Why do I, or possibly EVERY customer, need to call to get a credit for repeated prolonged outages? Just give ALL customers impacted a credit. That would go a long way for customer relations. Very disappointed in the internet service as of late. I have experience more service interruptions in the past 3 months than I have in the previous 5 years. The reason behind the outages always seems to be "there was a line cut". Typically they blame Mediacom contractors. Today they blamed the outage on a resident digging and not calling 811 ahead of time. It took them about 7 hours to figure out what the problem was and 9.5 hours (an additional 2.5 hours from identifying the cause) to resolve the issue. I don't understand why it took so long for either. I have to imagine if a resident cut a line they would've called, or Highline could detect where the service interruption began. Additionally if there's an outage they don't notify you via phone or text, that would be too simple. You have to go to their Facebook page and hope they've updated it. Of course that tends to be difficult when there's no internet. To top it all off they don't even offer a refund or break on your bill when a loss of service happens. Which I get for a short lived outage (less than an hour), but for prolonged outages that's just greedy. They're not providing the service that I'm paying for. When it works it's good but the interuptions are getting to be too much. If Mediacomm ever starts servicing my area, I anticipate a mass exodus from Highline.
