        John got the job done. He seemed organized but has zero personality. He sort of seemed like it was a big bother for him to be here at the closing even though thats what he is getting paid for. He made it clear he wanted to get in and get out as soon as possible. Explained very little. Just expected me to sign and move on to next paper. Stayed on his phone throughout the closing. I would go another route on my next closing. Jmo

        Extremely punctual and well prepared. Head and shoulders above the others that have come to close previous loans. Even left me a full copy of all loan paperwork in a nifty folder ready for filing. Truly a five star service.
