Very disappointed in this company. I’m not sure why they were hired to begin with for our neighborhood front entrance. Our HOA wasn’t fully formed so their work wasn’t properly monitored. I don’t believe in 12 month contracts for companies that come out for less than 6 months of the year. So our neighborhood has been paying almost $200 a month for mostly no service. In months that they were coming all areas weren’t being taken care of and they were dumping all debris in our retention ponds until being told to stop multiple times by homeowners. Homeowners have also been complaining because they stopped taking care of around the retention ponds and the homeowners next to the ponds started to pay their mowers to do some. I have been reaching out to this company ( in a span of 4 months) to ask for a copy of our contract. No one calls or emails you back. I have only received one call back telling me to email to get contract and haven’t received a response after that one. I sent a letter of cancellation and it got returned unopened. I emailed it too but still no response. When I took over the HOA I asked the person paying the bills if anything was on auto draft and he said no. I wanted to stop payment if it was. Our transition of taking over took a few months so it turns out he did put this company on auto payments so they took 3 more months of payment with no service provided. So at this point I don’t know if they are aware if they have been canceled or not but I can say no one has been by to do any service since around August and it is now March. I was livid when I found out this company has been doing our neighborhood for the last 2-3 years getting paid over 2k a year!! I do not recommend them. Poor service and no customer service.
