I contacted Branch Electric about installing an EV charger in my garage. I already had the device and some ideas about what I wanted done. Scott contacted me promptly and talked through the installation, reviewed the documentation for the charger I bought, and told me several concerns he had about my planned configuration based on past installations he had done. He graciously quoted it the way I asked but I ultimately opted to use his suggested install (he's the electrician!). They got us scheduled quickly and Scott did the work in an afternoon. I would highly recommend these folks, and will use them again when we need electrical work done.

The first point of contact with a business is often the most important. Andrea responded to my request promptly and followed up to keep me informed. Scott Branch arrived as scheduled, asked questions, and most importantly listened. He then tested and inspected my electrical issues and presented solutions that were clear and concise. Each step of the way he was building confidence. My three electrical issues were resolved beyond my expectation. I have every confidence in Branch Electrical to do the job right. Branch Electric did some work for me Sept 2020 completing a long list of projects including a hardwired smoke detector system, outside lighting, bathroom exhaust fans and removing my old attic fan. They gave me an estimate in advance, showed up on time, worked very hard all day, did excellent work and were very professional and polite. They also took proper COVID precautions.
