When I arrived the back door was wide open and easily 100 degrees in the place. I approached the counter where a young lady and a teen were supposedly taking orders. The young lady was eyeballs deep in a pad and the teen was talking to the guys in the kitchen. I got their attention and placed my order. I was told it would be 15 minutes. I went back out to my vehicle and returned in 15 minutes. I approached the counter and asked if my order was ready. I was told that it wasn't. I waited another 10 minutes and asked if my order was ready. The teen asked my name I told him and he says, this is your order here ....... the plate that had been sitting on the counter since my return. SMH. The food was good, but the service was as bad as it can get. First and last time they will see me.

I really wish this place was more organized. I understand that Saturdays are busy but they promised 30-45 mins for take out but almost TWO HOURS later the food is still not ready.
