Jody and the Team at The Appraisal Center are great. Jody was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on how to value our property and gave us sound advice of things to consider when trying to sell. I could not recommend them more!

I needed an appraiser and found a great place in the Appraisal Center. The team came out the next day and I had my appraisal within 3 to 4 work days. Very fair and wonderful service.

We would definitely refer anyone to use The Appraisal Center. Mr. Cagle and his staff were very professional from start to finish. Mr. Cagle even called us after his normal office hours to explain the details of our appraisal.

Professional. Experienced. Honest. and most importantly... extremely knowledgeable about the market area. Customer service plus! That is how I would describe my experience with The Appraisal Center. These folks are so helpful and professional. So refreshing to have an actual appraiser to speak with. The appraiser was willing to take time out of their day to speak with me about some specific issues I was concerned with prior to having another appraisal performed. The Appraisal Center was able to walk me step by step through the process so that I felt comfortable with hiring them. Since my previous appraiser took so long, I needed another report as soon as possible. They were able to get me scheduled right away and the report was completed before my deadline. These guys are heroes! Super communication by the entire team. Everyone I spoke with was familiar with my property and my needs. I am so glad that I took my friend's advice to get a second opinion from The Appraisal Center. I highly recommend them to anyone. .

I'd highly recommend Jody and his services if you need an appraisal. He's extremely organized, very respectful, and flat out amazing to work with. I think honesty springs up first in working with him, and it's something I look for. There's no cutting corners, skirting the law or building codes, or any nonsense that I won't have any part of. It's how I operate in my own business, and I didn't have to even bring it up with him. Professionalism is something I strive for, and you can just tell when you work with someone if they're the real deal. Jody is exactly that, and he's hilarious to boot. He's also great in educating on the things you should watch for - but might not know about. All in all, this place is great, and you should call them. ASAP. You picked the right team!
