My mortgage payment went from 890 to 1100 dollars. I called the Guild corporate office and they told me my loan originator had no clue what they were doing. I had expected this much however after the experience I had with her during the buying process. Incredibly unprofessional- often times forgetting details about my loan. She would answer the phone from home as if she just woke up from a nap. She mislead me on the entire buying process having the apply for 2 different loans, and spend 10k out of my own pocket to pay down student loan debt which- because of her incompetence was not needed at all after talking to other banks. Do not use Lynn. Period. Luckily I’m selling the house for a large profit, I couldn’t imagine the damage she’d cause someone who uses her for their permanent home.
