I have so many amazing things to say about our agent Shanice, where do I even start! We were first time home buyers so we were very nervous and had a lot to learn. Shanice eased our minds throughout this entire process and was so patient with us. She was very responsive about any and every concern we had. I met my realtor Shanice Williams by chance at a new construction site. She was there waiting for another client and I was there looking at some of the new homes being built. I decided to ask her some questions about the new development and I was blown away with how friendly and helpful she was. I hired her on the spot.
