So, we started our journey with Kristy and her team about a year and a half ago when her and her team assisted in completely renovating our basement that was flooded. Her and her team came in, advised us the entire way, and we couldnt have been more impressed! Fast forward to now. We have a custom cabinet range hood surrounding in our kitchen on the main floor. The exhaust was the original and shot. She guided me on what to select, and I purchased one that we were happy with. Thinking I could take on the project, but after talking with my wife, I thought better and had Kristys team do the removal of old and install of new. They of course DID NOT disappoint, DESPITE running into unforeseen challenges that because of their expertise and teamwork, provided us with EXACTLY what we were hoping for! HIGHLY recommend Kristy and her team for all the things they provide! Thanks again Kristy!!

Nothing but a positive experience with the Design Gallery from the friendly front of store workers, to the expert project manager, to the skilled contractors they pull together to accomplish the renovation. The quote was comparable to other local businesses but I went with the company that listened while still offering their expertise. Very professional business that made my bathroom renovations stress free! Services: Tile work replacement, Remodeling, Plumbing fixture installation

The most BIZARRE customer service experience I've ever had! While I understand that some companies do not provide detailed itemized estimates of work for competitive reasons, I tried (and wasn't successful) to request an itemized list of components to be included in a bath remodel. I got way more than I bargained for, including the complete cancellation of my project. If you are considering working with this group, I recommend taking it very slow and to ask questions, but not too many, or your project could get canceled.
