        VA scheduled me an appt here as part of my PACT Act screening. When I arrived at the office they were short handed due to the receptionist being out for the day. The screeners were doing their best to balance the load without letting it impact patient scheduling. The screener I met with was friendly and very professional throughout the process. Giving them four stars only because I had an issue during the PFT and instead of keeping me for observation for a few minutes to be sure I was okay she sent me on my merry way. Whatever the issue was that was spurned by the test lasted well into the next day.

        If youre a veteran that was given an appointment here by QTC for a C&P exam do yourself and other Vets a favor by calling QTC back and asking to reschedule with another provider. This place does not care about you from the moment you walk in the door. C&P exam will always be in favor of the VA and not the veteran here.
