The lady that answered the phone today at 12:08 on march 4th has a terrible attitude. Didnt understand what I was asking and said she refused to type in my 5 letter name and would only put in the R and search through them all. And that was after she told me there was nothing in there under my name. I literally had to convince her I got my citation number last week from the same number just so shed look again. When she found it she issued no apology and just started reading off my citation number which I already had. I said no I called to get my court date. She said sir if you had your citation number you wouldve given it to me even though she never asked. Be careful who you put in a position of literally any power. Some people cant handle it and will make a whole county look awful. Zero professionalism.

Continuously transferred and hung up on... so how am I to stay on top of things when everyone hates there job here.
