I bought a electronic style herb smoker about 2 weeks ago. I have tried several times to charge it up so I could use it. 3 different days I charged ot until the light turned green. Put it together and turned it on. Nothing. The light turned red as soon as I put it together. So I take it back to Lolos. Speak to the you g lady everyone pointed to.. I go speak with her about it And she tells me I cannot return it because I'd had ot a couple of weeks so I used it. Not quite.I COULD NOT RETURN it because IT WOULD NOT WORK . IT WAS DEFECTIVE . SO BEWARE BUYING NON-CONSUMABLES AT LOLOS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. IF THEY CANNOT RESELL IT THEY WONT TAKE IT BACK. SO IM OUT $15 PLUS TAX AND THEY LOST A WEEKLY CUSTOMER
