Worst customer service experience, I called to ask if they had a type of furniture. The employee on the phone laughed and hung up while I was mid way explaining what I was looking for. I give it a two star since they may have some alright stuff. Though as for me, customer service means a lot. Just wanted to buy something and then deal with attitude by someone is not ideal.

I like this place but watch Donna Stars jewelry counterI've bought a few pieces here including my wedding band only to realize later that the gold content was blatantly mislabeled (was stamped 10k but labeled as 14k). I was already on the fence ab the lower content than my engagement ring because of concerns of hardness and wear. However, once you take pics and exchange vows with a ring theres really no turning back. Same thing with some earrings and a necklace I bought. Ive been back with friends after mentioning this to them and we found several other rings labeled at a higher gold content than was stamped. Its disheartening to see this kind of dishonesty so clearly intentional and routine.
