        Target appears to be on the decline. The store is not clean. Trash on the floor and shelves. Merchandise is all over the place. Merchandise piled up in carts and scattered all over the shelves. Those shelves that did not have junk everywhere were empty. Many sections look as if they have not been touched by an employee for quite some time. It is sad to say Target is in what may be a death spiral as this place was very, very dumpy.... what has happened to this company's standards?
