        Usually, it has what I'm looking for, and everything goes smoothly. It's just missing that "Wow, I can tell they keep this place clean" factor.

        Called multiple departments to try to get someone on the phone to answer a complaint. Called six times. Only departments to pick up were Automotive and Human Resources. Both put me through to customer service(the department I was looking for), but no one from Customer service ever responded. The last call even got disconnected after hearing someone press a bunch of keys, like they were not familiar with how to use the phone system in place. Overall lack of professionalism in answering the phone. The HR person said hello without identifying themselves or the department. You always answer a business line with a greeting, your name, the department and an inquiry of how you can be of service. Basic professionalism.
