        Ive been banking with Robins for almost six years. It doesnt matter how long youve been with them if you deposit a big check they will hold it for three days. They dont care. When you call and ask anything the answer is always I dont know youll have to go to a specific branch to get the answer. After wasting three hours of driving ( due to moving) I got to the bank and was told I would have zero access to ANY OF THE FUNDS for atleast one day. 52+ checks deposited into this bank for almost six years and the lazy idc attitude is what pisses me off. People are humans and in this time, need access to their funds immediately. I was told to drive back up to that bank (three more hrs) to ask the supervisor personally to release funds. What a joke. Ill wait. And when they drop Ill pull everything out and find a bank closer since its such a problem for them to help their customers. God forbid I had an emergency. Thats not their problem. I have time today to tell the truth. Robins is garbage.

        Please, please, please start fervently watching your account at this bank. I am very thorough and conscious of my funds and here lately, there has been several discrepancies with my account. When trying to get someone over the telephone, it is like you are lost out in space and no one answers. RFCU use to be a credit union of high standards and ethics, but when they changed their name to Robins Financial Credit Union, it seemed as though they took on a entire new set of business rules. Watch your accounts and thank me later.

        Worst bank ever! Deposited two large checks within the ATM limit. The ATM accepted it. Shows fraud on my acct so i callwd for them to tell me the ATM rejected my checks and they cant retrieve my checks. Now i have to get new checks which causes delay that i can not afford. Onyl thing Robins can do is tell me they were sorry and for me to get new checks. Poor bunsiensss!
