Everything went smoothly with the exception the title was not delivered with vehicle and we had to wait longer before we could get in to test drive.

Got an instant offer online and scheduled an appointment to sell my car. They verify that my car is in good shape, and come back and offer $800 less than the offer I got online. When asked why, they could not give me a straight answer, so I walked out.

I bought a car from CarMax recently in Warner Robins, and the customer services in house and everything else prior to the purchase was OUTSTANDING!! Terrible. And to think I am a repeat customer of buying 3 cars and selling 4 with Carmax. This time was awful!!!! Most likely never again!

Really was looking to buy a car today, had an appointment. Took over 30 minutes past showing up at appointment time to get seen. Only drove one car, the others didnt work (but apparently that counted as all the cars I could test drive). I was ready to buy because I needed a car today but after 6 hours barely seeing any cars and barely making any progress on a sale had to leave. This was the earliest appointment we had an option to make and we still ended up running out of time.
