Astou African Hair Braiding

This was 200 and I really thought it was going to come out perfect . This is right after they did it . I actually cash appd them 220 then looked in the mirror Im sorry astou braids but this not pleasant .

I paid up front for my friend as a birthday gift for some kinky twist and the owner told me she was going to do her hair herself. My friend went today to leave unsatisfied and upset. And she heading home to take them out. The owner did one braid and put a young lady on her head. It was a total of 3 peoples on her head the braids look different. You can tell different people were on her head. Some were big some were small. She even said the young lady snatched the braid and pulled her hair out. I went to talk to the owner and all she could say is she did a good job and she can come back and show her what's wrong. I told her she can't say she did a good job when my friend is not satisfied. My friend was the first person there and left last. No she don't want to come and sit another 5 and half hours and she stay out of town for you to fix it. It should have been done correctly the 1st time. This is unacceptable and you should take accountability. Because when I made her appointment and paid up front the owner stated she would be the one do her hair. She lied and I just wasted a lot of money. And the owner does not care. I will not be referring are returning to this shop.
