I havent always had the best experiences with this location in the past, but I must say Brian has completely turned things around there. Everyone Ive had an interaction with is so nice & friendly. They definitely put their customers first & will do all they can to help you out.

Didn't fix the problem. Check engine light is still on. They never called me back. They acknowledged they didn't fix it and here I am a month later leaving a review. Staff is 50/50 one guy was nice and the other guy seemed angry at life. My vehicle has been there twice...

Brian and his co-workers are not only great mechanics, but they are also great men. My husband got stranded on the side of the road traveling from Miami, FL to Murphy, NC. We randomly found Precision Tune Auto Care online, and had the car towed there. Brian and his crew diagnosed and attempted to fix the problem only to discover the problem was the new transmission done by another auto repair place. Brian was so accommodating, and helpful in assisting my husband, documenting the problem, and allowing us to store the truck until we could figure out the best way to get it back to the initial transmission shop that did the work. Thank you BIG CHEESE, MACARONI AND CHEESE, and everyone else at Precision Tune Auto Care. Little cheese will never forget you!!!
