Warner Robins Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Parts Dept

This miserable place did everything they could to avoid honoring a 3yr/36k mile warranty on a Mopar battery. Hats off to the staff for reading the fine print and making sure that the original owner of my truck was the only person eligible for a replacement. Serves me right for going to a dealership for any kind of parts/service, courtesy, eye-contact, etc.

If I could give 0 stars most definitely would. Unfortunately 1 star is not deserving this has to be the WORSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN WARNER ROBINS GEORGIA. ADVISE NOONE TO COME TO THIS PLACE. BUT I'M SURE THEY WILL. SCREW BEING A VALUED CUSTOMER, SERVICE SUCK. SIMPLE AS A LEAK IN TIRE, LEAVE AND STILL SAME PROBLEM. YEAH GO TO O'REILLY OR AUTO ZONE.

If I could give this no stars I would. Brought my Pacifica for a warranty repair and they had to get approval from Chrysler to even start (which took almost two weeks to get back to me to say they will do it). The fairs will take a week and so will they give me a loaner? No because they dont do loaners. Do they have a deal with the local rental place to ease the budget of their customers? NO, why would they do that? Chrysler will give me $45 a day for a rental, but enterprise is $100 a day. This is the worst service department! If you dont have to come here, dont!
