I had applied for an apartment last year in July or August I spoke with the manager in January I spoke with the regional manager gentleman that was here and he said that they'll send me my check we found a deposit check for $200 and he said it'll take about a couple of weeks the lady at the front desk said that it's going to take 60 days 2 months has gone by I have called that place every single day in regards to my $200 if I cannot get my $200 for my deposit. Asking where is my $200 deposit check that I have not yet to receive that's not right and that's not fair someone needs to contact me as soon as possible in regards to that I really do any reviews or anything bad I chose this apartment because I thought it'd be a nice place. The manager said let me take a look and see how much you made after that he went over my paycheck stub so quickly and he really just counted it up realistically when I apply for that place I was approved the first time the person got fired the second time the person has left and not there anymore I went through a lot just to try to move into this place. Some all I was asking is if someone can kind of reach out me in regards to where is my deposit for for my check I'm always calling the office even prior to that no one answers the phone nor Returns the call I'm expecting to color Ridge to please kindly reach out to me or have corporate to give me a call cuz I need some explanations $200 is $200

Where do I begin? We started our application process in June for a move-in of end of October. After many, many problems with bad staff, poor information, forgery, and a company that simply doesnt care our application just now got denied. We are left with nowhere to live 1 week before our move in date. If you want to know more, keep reading because this is going to be a bit long winded. This begins with us trying to be proactive and find a new place to live soon. We are in a unique situation. My wife is a M.D. student in her final year which leaves a lot of uncertainty. A lot of her rotations require us to live in another state or area for a month at a time and when match comes up, that could require us to move entirely. Due to these factors we needed a place that was cheap as I cant hold a stable job with all the travel, and cheap to break the lease. We currently live off private student loans which we were insured counted as income. The first red flag was when we were told to lie on our applications to simplify them. We were sent home to fill them out with little to no instruction, later informed by another staff member off location they should only be filled out in the office. After turning them in we didnt hear anything for a while. Our calls and e-mails were going unanswered. My wife stopped in and was told by the only employee at the location that she doesnt check her email or answer the phone because theres too many call and too many emails. She said we should just come in instead. This is very challenging as I didnt have a car at the time and my wife was busy working in the hospital for her rotations. A cycle then started of us needing to do and redo our application over and over and finding the time to stop in in person. The employee clearly didnt know what she was doing at all. We were then informed that my wifes loans were in fact not income and we needed to be able to show the minimum income requirement amount currently in our bank if we didnt have any income to report. We were just able to pull this off because my wifes loans were dropping a larger amount to pay residency application fees. When I went to drop off the information for the compliance report with our bank I was informed that by the employee that she forged our signatures and changed our applications. I was disturbed by this but it was already September and we needed somewhere to live. Then came the long waiting period of no news and no information. They submitted our stuff wrong to verify our money and had to resubmit it a couple of times. We eventually find out the employee submitted our stuff as one application instead of two and after all these problems had been fired. Our income compliance looked good and we were moving forward. But they refused to give us our requested move in date from the start. They said it was too long after we started the process. A 120 Day rule we had never been informed of until this moment. We tried to go higher up in the company being that we had so many problems, a forgery, and misinformation. They didnt care and refused to make any exceptions or even remove those days of extra rent. We eventually decided to go through with it anyways because again, we needed this place due to it being cheap to break the lease whereas everywhere else would be 1-2 months rent. When we told them we accepted the date they suddenly changed their minds and said my money was never verified, only my wifes. We share our accounts. They submitted the request to verify under my name and we had to wait again. Which brings us to today when they just told us that our applications were denied because I didnt have enough money in my account. We had the money in our accounts during the initial verification. But that large sum of money is not possible to held onto for over a month and we had to pay our bills and my wifes residency application fees. We will have zero issues paying the rent as she will get another loan drop in 4 months. But now we are left with no where to live just 1 week prior to move in.
