Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They take care of everything fast and effectively.

Worst move out experience I have ever had. Do not recommend this complex to anybody! Only good experience I had was when I signed my initial lease and paid them. After that I was informed property staff was releasing personal info to family members that were tenants before I was even contacted regarding any issues. The main property manager Becky was rude everytime I was in contact with her. They definitely show favoritism towards their preferred tenants. I called Becky before move out due to the carpet in the only room in the apartment being damaged due to frequent AC leaks and was told dont worry about the carpet upon move out which was also a lie clearly to just charge us for it. When asked about the charges she stopped responding to emails. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! 0/10

I've been here for 7 years and the current property manager is AMAZING! There have been very few issues and they are always quick to fix them. The grounds stay clean and my kids play safely.

Dont Believe the Lies!!! They wrote these 5 Star reviews And business do not stay here ITS THE TENANTS WHO MATTERS!!! WARNING !!!! PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE Please dont move here!!! They tell you its one price when its another. They dont abide by the contract you sign(Rental agreement). They dont fix Anything and when they do, they spend the least and use the cheapest materials to do so They let people keep Pitbulls when its not allowed Bad kids, and loud ghetto neighbors!!! The Managers are very disrespectful and very unprofessional.. Its a Reason why what could be a beautiful place is basically empty!!!! The pool has never worked and the Gm is the number one Worse of them all. I just cant imagine the owners knows how she talks and handles the tenants here. All they would have to do is ask!!! Im sure they dont care like their staff. I will be taking them to court for the Over Charges Its Too Much!!! They do this as well to pick with the tenant , trying to run them away!!!! IF YOU WANT A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO LIVE.. ITS NOT HERE!!! IF YOU CAN NO CHOICE WELCOME TO HELL NEIGHBOR Wish it was possible to give No Star- A -5 stars is more like it!!!
