Grossly overcharge for work. Water heater and installation covered by ahs. Company tried to add $1300 of "add ons" on top of unit and installation cost.

Randy came into our home accusing us of being the problem even though he hasn't even looked at the garbage disposal. Kept telling us we weren't going to be covered and then tell us he doesn't know our policy which doesn't make any sense. Yelling and being rude and finally said to us "I don't need to talk to you". Sir then why are you here?? The company should really teach their techs how to talk to people, just being able to fix things is not enough. Randy needs to learn how to talk to people because he obviously doesn't know how. Lastly teach your techs to wear covers in someone else's home. He wore his dirty shoes and walked all over our house.
