        While the ladies are friendly, it's the slowest service I think I've ever experienced. Been in drive-thru line 25 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me and only 1 has been serviced. Yes, 2 other lines are open as well. Still, that's ridiculously slow compared to other banks I've been to. If I weren't here for work, I'd have gone somewhere else.

        Online experience is not good every time I go in to check my account it just starts flipping into everything the statements checking everything in the account instead of staying where I want it to stay needs to be checked out

        The employees here are always the sweetest and most helpful!! I go in weekly so have met them all. They really go above and beyond to help! Also shoutout to SUSAN SHADRIX!! Such a sweet woman. The people there have never once judged me or made me feel bad for my situation. They do everything in their power to advise me to what will benefit me most
