        Not happy with apartment issues unaddressed. And my door was left unlocked and was open when we got home when there was a routine maintenance. They do everything for you until you give your first review than they ignore you.

        It was a great community when I moved in 2 years ago they cared about residents and kept the apartments and community up to par until last year it became more of a business to them they are there just to collect money give late fees not work with any residents dont answer the phone they are rarely in the office the water always gets turned off then we get emails after the fact. Gate never closes . People dont pick up after there dogs in the community we have hard water issue toilets are always pink and black from that . We have bird nest on patios and the birds almost fly into our apartments and we were told not to bother them or touch the nest which is insane because they leave a mess on patio also . If you are going to move here take this review seriously and DONT its not worth the amount or even close STAY AWAY !!
