10/10 would recommend! I was offered a next day New Patient appointment and expected cost was explained clearly upfront, with no surprises. Dr Charles Jordan did a very detailed exam and was able to get my dental issue resolved at my first appointment and he then had a very specific and tailored care plan for continued care. The staff was friendly and quick from beginning to end. Dr Jordan actually called later in the afternoon to check in and make sure I didnt have any unanswered questions. Good customer service is hard to find some days but everyone here excelled at it.

The staff really cares. I have been a patient for several years now. If i have to wait, the wait is short. Everyone is so thorough. Hygiene is exceptional. Most of all, pain control is high on their list. During a recent long visit, Dr. Jordan realized that the next step might go into an area where numbing might be wearing off. He stopped and added a shot to the area. I didn't feel a thing. They keep up with the latest useful technology without going for frills. Each visit is more efficient. I know that I'm getting the best care possible. Thanks to the whole Jordan dental team.

Everyone at Jordan Dental are very friendly and they greet all patients as they walk through the door with a heart felt smile and kind heart. I would recommend Jordan Dental to anyone.
