        We have used this company for our well issues since buying our house 2 years ago. Over the past 3 weeks, we have called to report an issue numerous times with no answer OR if there was an answer the person in the office couldnt help with the issue because they didnt know how to work the computer, those were the exact words coming from the lady on the phone. I would not recommend this company. We had to call another well drilling business and within the hour, they were at our house and fixed the problem for a reasonable price

        We contacted Paulk's when the water went out at our church a few hours before we were expecting to have about 200 people at a VBS event. They had our pump fixed and water back on in less than an hour from the time we called them.
