Terrible service. DO NOT PICK UP OR DROP OFF AT THIS LOCATION. They messed up my reservation and tried to charge us an additional THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS for our reservation.

Not what we are accustomed to . The young man who answered the phone was more then distracted. It took more then 10 minutes of listening to him check people out at the register (while on hold) , When he finally did start to help me book a truck he was not very helpful and sighed as if he was being put out by having to help me book this truck. He did not do a walk around with my employee upon pick up so we had to document the damages to this vehicle bf we left with it. When we got inside the counsel was scattered with Marijuana . Again documented it. Truck was not clean and when we returned it they failed to be able to provide a receipt. We were told they would email us one. I had to call 48 hrs after to ask again for the receipt which again consisted of being put on pretend hold as he was trained on how to send an emailed receipt. which they finally did provide. If your looking for a morsel of service this is not the vendor for you. But hey if you have 35 minutes to burn just to rent a truck and don't mind listening while they work ...l this vendor will be right up your alley.
