Dr. Dallas M. Miller, MD

This doctor saved my dad's life earlier this year from a horrible motorcycle and ruptured spleen. He has kept in contact and has personally checked on my dad months afterwards.

Never use this man... Had a surgery scheduled for early in the morning and they changed my time without asking me. I had been at the outpatient center since around 6:30am thinking I would finished and home 10am. I was supposed to be in the OR at 7:30, but at 9:30 I still hadn't seen Dr. Miller. So I asked my nurse when would I be seen, and she looks up my chart and tells me lunchtime or a little after. So I walked out. I'll never use him or anyone in his office again.

I literally owe my life to him!! I was within an hour or two(according to him) from dying, he repaired a ruptured ulcer that immediately went septic and gave me my life back!! I will NEVER be able to thank him and his surgical team enough!!! This was almost a year ago, 10/13/2019, I am beginning to feel a little emotional thinking about it!! THANKS AGAIN DR. DALLAS!!!

I am truly appalled at the rudeness and lack of professionalism of the staff. My husband picked up on this when we were in the office for a procedure. I didn't. Then when I called to cancel an appointment that they scheduled without my consent (I had told them I would call back when I was ready to schedule) the woman who answered talked down to and was overtly condescending. I called today to get receipts for payment emailed to me as I realized I had not been provided with them from my previous two visits. The same woman said she didn't see where I had paid anything. I asked her to please double check. I held for a total of 23 minutes and then was told I'd only made one payment. When I asked if they could provide a receipt for me if I show the payment in my account I made it from she said I'd have to go to billing. I relented and stayed on hold while she emailed the form because I didn't want to hang up only for it not to be sent. I held for an extended amount of time and was told it was sent. I saw it so I hung up. Upon opening the email I see the document is blank. I normally would not leave a negative review like this but I feel like people need to be aware and definitely complain if they are being treated in this way.
