Everything stolen in less than a week!!! No cameras! I found out this place has been a hotspot for theft and the county has BEEN encouraging them to get cameras, after my livelihood was stolen. Get your stuff out while you still can! Update: What a sad excuse for a response. Your company specifically told me you are not interested in installing cameras to help with this situation. You would rather keep 20 yr old broken cameras to give people a false sense of security. Your time will come. God doesn't condone thieves Mr Maintenance Man. The manner it was stolen in was too convenient.

I definitely recommend this business for short term, last minute, budget friendly, storage needs. The process for renting a unit is hassle-free and the customer service is very kind and accommodating. Be sure to pay before your due date or be prepared to pay double and even triple your rental fee if you exceed the allotted grace period! The property is not protected by any type of fence or gate making it easily accessible to anybody, including looters. You must also provide your own lock which is a slight inconvenience that wasn't discussed until after I signed the agreement and paid for my first month. However, they graciously allowed me to use their facility lock until I was able to secure my own.

I work next door as a teacher and decided to use a small storage at Lillian's storage to keep my classroom supplies. My storage was broken into and all of my classroom supplies were stolen. I had to call several numbers before I was able to get in touch with someone. I called the police and made a report and that was the end. Whoever broke into my storage unit knew that there weren't any cameras.
