        whoever that black lady is upfront needs to get fired IMMEDIATELY, little lady so rude for no damn reason. everyone one else so nice & respectful but her boy she must wake up on the wrong side of the bed EVERY DAY

        I Made an appointment at 1.15 but still have to watch walk in people that came in 1 hour later being called before me. This is very unprofessional.

        If I could a negative 1000 I would. Mrs. J Childs working there as a case worker is a vile, disgusting miserable person. She needs to be fired immediately!!!

        Website posted hours are wrong. Vital records is seemingly never open. The website says theyre open till 2:30 on Friday, they actually close at 2. Good luck if youre a mom with a newborn trying to apply for WIC and get a birth certificate. Very frustrating when you have to secure childcare or plan your day around needing to do these things just for them to never be open.
