Passport office is a waste of time. Walk-in hours says 10:00-11:00 but they book an appointment every 15 min anyway which makes it impossible. Waited 45 min just to get told to go away and make an appointment at 11:01 I was next in line with no one behind me. Terrible service from passport sections

Had a very important delivery was scheduled for today... I get a notification at 6:00pm that a "delivery attempt" was made at 4:57pm, but there was "no access to the front"... Umm False! there's enough room for a semi truck to pull a U-turn at the entrance! - This is definitely just a driver not wanting to do their job, and since there's zero way to communicate with USPS or go get my stuff, I guess to the one star review it goes..

This place is a complete joke. The clerk John turned us away for our 11AM passport appointment that was scheduled online almost a month prior. Got there early, and was told even with confirmation sheet in hand with the date, time, and location, that it was not in their system and we would be forced to wait to be a "walk in". Then says he will be taking a lunch from 12-1 PM and we can come back and wait then too. This was after he spoke to his manager also. I explained that ALL of my paperwork was filled out and documentation present. He still refused because there were "other appointments" waiting behind me. I asked the person behind us if she wouldn't mind me going first and she was okay with it, thankfully. My husband was turned away completely for another time. This clerk had an attitude the entire time and looked passed me to call other customers like I was not standing right in front of him. Completely uncalled for and disrespectful.

Some are friendly. Some are difficult to work with.
