Wonderful place and the best Doctor ever!

My son has been a patient here for over a year now. Not once has he seen an actual doctor and the nurse practitioners have to use their computers in order to search symptoms to find out whats wrong with my son. I should had known some thing was wrong from then, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I made sure when I scheduled the appointment I needed my son to be seen by an actual doctor! So I get to the appointment for 8:45 and was told a doctor would not be here until after 10:00. The old white lady at the front tells me its my fault because I scheduled the appointment for 8:45. These people will not care for your child!!! I honestly dont know how they have good reviews up here. In my honest opinion every time Ive came to this location was always a more and more disappointment. I want the best care for my son, and that is not much to ask for.

We use to have to take my daughter to Gainesville or Atl for doctor appointments since this areas typically have awful pediatric services. Then out of nowhere this place pops up. They allow you to have full autonomy over your child medical preferences. If you are military, have special needs kids, can follow directions this place is for you and return calls when needed then like most doctors offices this place works just the same.These one star reviews are not accurate at allSMH!!! Love Dr. James. The entire staff is professional.

When I tell you Dr.James is this mommas hero!! My son was 2 years old before I ever took him to a doctor. Based on the reviews, I came to Dr. James. Extremely skeptical, and a little ashamed; I explained to her that I was afraid of the effects of vaccines. That I was afraid of doctors in general because of my own experiences. She didnt judge me; she taught me! She validated my concerns and she changed my whole perspective! Because my son was not up to date on vaccines, she started him on his own schedule and allowed me to have the comfort of easing him in. Using the dosage for a 2 month old to introduce his body to vaccines; and working him up to his correct dosage over time. He even thanked her nurse and herself after his first vaccine. Absolutely shattering the expectations I had from him. Her smile and personality is magnetic to my child. Even when he isnt sick; he asks for her by name!

Well I went to sign my kids up for this doctor's office maybe 2months ago I was told by the lady at the front desk that she will try to set them up some appointments and she would Call me with the appt date for all five of my kids It took me half of the day to fill out all five packets just for her to never call me with the appointments I have been calling this office every week and I get no answer I have never had to deal with a pediatrician office like this usually they set up the appointments and call u back but I have yet to hear from this office since I turned in the packets no call nothing that was very disappointing since I took my time to find this office and heard so many good things about them I thought it would be a good fit for my kids but I guess not
