Edited based on reply from owner: The prescription did not need to be sent out. It was standard and easy and not especially high or complicated at all. The lady literally stood there making up insane costs for extras, and then they were busy, and then the guy who makes them in house was going to be on vacation after July 4, and she didnt know how long and honest to God she was GLARING at the masks as she added up costs. I asked how much and how long for simple lenses, no coatings, no blue light, NOTHING. $500 and no actual idea when theyd be available when done by the guy who works there but way more than 14 days. Ive now priced 3 other local places have ranged $295 - $350 and 7 days. HATEFUL DISHONEST COMPANY thats now lying. Note they are not sorry at all. Original: I went over to have new lenses placed into my $1700 Jacque Marie Mage frames purchased at Good See Co., and I didnt want to send them back and wait 7 days, which will cost $325. Bealls quoted $500+ for basic progressives with no extra stuff like blue light or anti-glare and more than 14 days, I really dont know. My son and I were wearing masks because were dealing with cancer and immunosuppressants. Im pretty sure we were quoted their Hate Rate (no questions at all, just seeing masks and raising prices and lengthening time) as others have said that they have bought frames and lenses together for much less and got them same day. Awful, hateful company to do this. Avoid if you are decent.

Was in a pinch to pass DOT physical with new glasses and they were Johnny on the Spot fast . I got my glasses made in 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this place.Thanks to all that work there, super friendly staff and service was above and beyond expectations.

My daughter went in to have a prescription filled today July 15, 2022. Upon arrival she informed the optical representative that she has her own frame and would like her prescription installed. She was quoted $130 to complete the request. We paid the $130 with the expectation that the glasses would be ready for pickup within a few hours. To our surprise minutes before we were scheduled to pick up the completed glasses we were asked to buy new frames as the frames that were provided were not optical, however that was false. We asked for a refund since they could not provide the requested service. And was denied. We were advised to take the lenses to another provider to have the lenses cut to fit the glasses (which was contradictory, first they werent optical frames, now its the lenses wont fit). In my opinion this unheard of. We should not have to go pay another fee to have lenses cut to fit. It is my understanding that this is what we were paying for. This also should have been communicated before we paid and left the facility. This place doesnt even deserve a star. Also we want a refund!!!

I had no appointment, but the staff there was really great and had me in and out in 30 minutes. They have their own lab and everything and everything. Much cheaper than the last place I went.
