This restaurant is new to the area. I was not impressed by the menu offerings, nor was I satisfied with what I ordered.

The nachos and the mud bug fries are wonderful! We got the food to go, and 20 minutes after pickup, everything was still quite hot! The nachos had a ton more toppings than I expected, and the meat quality was very, very good. The mud bug fries were very good too, and the crawfish did not overwhelm everything else. The beignets were warm and very fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness. Might be the best place in Valdosta to grab dinner!

Had the shrimp po boy and beignets with chocolate sauce and hands down the best ever!
For me, it was the perfect amount of shrimp and the remoulade sauce was delicious!
The beignets were amazing, better than ones Ive had from New Orleans itself!
We will definitely be back.

Tried today and was overall impressed. We got the Cajun pasta and the shrimp poboy. Shrimp poboy was excellent. Cajun pasta was excellent. Portion size of the pasta was absolutely huge. Id be happier with a half portion for lunch or something.
Atmosphere isnt great and that may be the biggest problem. Parking situation is not great and you only have one table or a long bar to eat at.
Service was excellent.
I really want to see this place succeed as I love Cajun style food. I hope the location wont be the demise of them in the long run cause the food is worth the money.
