Beth was my Realtor when I bought my first home and then again when I sold it to move out of state. She is a great, experienced Realtor that works hard for her clients! She is knowledgeable in VA loans and has wonderful connections to lenders, inspectors, handy man, etc. who are also just as amazing as she is. We worked with Beth while looking for a home pending a move to Georgia from overseas. We expected it to be very challenging being on the other side of the world with a very large time difference and no ability to physically see any of the homes. Beth really was awesome. She made video walk throughs of the homes we asked to see. Given what I had heard regarding the housing market at the time of purchase I was ready to offer over asking for a home. Beth advised against it and we offered under asking and ended up getting exactly the house we wanted. She went back and forth with the seller and got repairs done for us and really looked out for our interests throughout the entire process. Buying remotely absolutely could not work without a solid, ethical realtor and Beth is just that. Could not recommend her enough.
