Chipotle Mexican Grill

Our family stopped to eat at this location in the middle of a large road trip. Sadly, it was a very poor experience. 1. We ordered ahead and Im pretty sure they made our food way before our requested time because the food was cold when we opened them up. (We didnt end up taking our food to go. We ate it in the restaurant, so right after it was handed to us.) 2. The trash cans were totally overflowing. I even saw a team member walk over, shove garbage deeper into the trash cans and then walk away, while there still wasnt enough room to put my trash. I had to place multiple bowls on top of the counter space because the trash bags werent changed out. 3. We paid for a few servings of guacamole but upon arrival, they had none. How does a chipotle NOT have guacamole at 1:00pm? So we paid extra in our preorder, but couldnt get what we paid for. Very disappointing. 4. The portion of Barbacoa that I got in my bowl was half fat and half cold barbacoa. Thankfully, I asked a team member for another portion and what she brought to me was quality. A drastic difference from what I was first given. What a disappointment.

When me and my son came they said it was no rice it would be 40 mins after coming back they said 25 minutes left on rice. Now there saying they dont know how long will it be and very unprofessional employees

The place was dirty. Food all over the counter tops old and new food. The grill was jet black like it hasn't been cleaned and months, yet the grill guy still had steak on it cooking!! Looking at the kitchen walls it looked like someone took a handful of sauce and threw it at the wall. I spoke and only 1 worker replied back, the others just stared and kept on their conversations between them. The one worker that spoke was very nice. Dishes piled up, food on floors, trash piled up. Out of brown rice and other items smh. Fix it Jesus!!!!
