They cant take accountability for the things they do wrong when it comes to management and the front desk. They blame the patient and even when you bring it to them they still never take accountability. They have been rude and unprofessional on numerous accounts. Other management that you dont deal with on a regular basis even agrees that the front desk has agreed with me and other patients that the front desk is continually rude.

They cancel appt and charge you for no show. You have to call MULTIPLE times to resolve this issue. When they tell you they will take care of it, make sure to check they take care of it, because they lie. I love Ms.Julene but I would avoid this office if you care about your credit score. They do hide behind opaque glass window, and whoever is in charge of billing department apparently doesnt know how to do his/her job.

They schedule you for a month of appts and then when its time to reschedule its 3-4 months out. Ridiculous. Can not depend on these people. They call and Cancel appts continuously. Dont waste your time

I was treated there for a year and half. Had my medicines changed maybe 5-6 times. Always wanted to add or change medicine because I never felt like anything worked. Then wanted to only give medicine that was not covered by insurance. Each visit lasted maybe 15 mins max and, even my first visit when I was diagnosed. When I changed doctors I found I had been misdiagnosed for the last year and half and took me off of 3 out of 4 medicines. Now I have felt more normal than ever before with just one medicine.

I absolutely love this office, and Shelby, my NP. She listens to me, she ask me all the in depth questions, manages my medications accordingly. I've been seeing Shelby for over a yr now, maybe 2yrs. The past 8 mths have been especially difficult for myself and family, and I trust her with all my mental health, and medications. I'm self pay right now, and having financial difficulties, but I'll pay to see Shelby any time. I've never felt more comfortable with a NP/ Psychologist ever, until I started coming here!! Highly recommend this office!
