        What kind of furniture store doesn't have the capacity to wrap your furniture and provide twine to tue it down for those that want to take their own furniture? Sales person says warehouse personnel out on deliveries, but if we come back before 4, because they leave at 4, they could assist. Well it was 4. We ended up wrapping it ourselves and going to Harbor Freight for tie downs. Then they didn't give me the additional 10% discount special either. I will not be back. Then they reach out with a response , to make people think they actually care. Don't be fooled, I sent them an email and got ZERO response.
