Went in for gas and cigarettes told the rude cashier I needed Newport 100s walk out the door realized they gave me shorts walked back in and she refused to exchange them because I walked out the door so I'm stuck with the wrong product because your cashiers are incompetent and Everytime I come in to this store the crystal girl is always so rude and needs to be fired not sure of the incompetent cashiers name that gave me the wrong product but I can guarantee I will be shopping with Murphy's from now on at least they have nice and competent employees

The doy or girl with blue hair has a really bad attitude. Does not need to be working in customer service. When I walked up to the counter I told it that I needed $35 in gas and 2 packs of Marlboro Menthol Black Shorts instead it pulls 2 packs of Marlboro Red Blacks went to credit the cigarettes back the whole time it has a bad attitude. Then told me that I owed $1.90 I told it not to worry about it Ill go somewhere else to get them. Yes I forgot my change which was $10 and some change when I got done pumping my gas I pulled out of the fuel island to in front of the store to walk in and get my change and it already pocketed my change and told me that it had to see what my change was again after pocketing my change. So I did not get my change of $10 and some change. I will be calling in the morning to speak to the manager.

It's becoming blatantly obvious that companies no longer provide their employees with a full job description. I can only believe that's why a "cashier" would be sitting down behind the self-check telling customers that's the only way to check out. When I asked for her name, she mumbled something, then told me she could call her manager who would say the same thing. I advised her what she was saying didn't make sense & that I would contact corporate. Around this time, another employee was entering the building. The first "cashier" took this time to make comment to the other employee about my issue. However, neither offered any form of apology, instead, they both appeared to dismiss it nonchalantly. I ended up going to Enmark...they greeted me upon entry, the cashier actually rang me up & moreover, they had my items at a better price!
