They are really a very responsible placement company that cares about finding you a job as soon as possible. Personally, I am satisfied with the job I have through them. Personally, I have had a very good experience with Olga McCants, a person who She has a lot of charisma, she is attentive and responsible, I give her a 10/10

In my experience I've learned that being patient with the associates that work for Hire Dynamics is a key attribute. They have tons of people coming in looking for work every single day. I know I went in with a very thin resume, a lot of things happen right after my initial interview such as completing my background check, I9 documents and I even received my pay card. I am not going to lie I expected to start that same week simply because so many others had the experience of starting the same day they went into the office. But lets remember not everyone has the same employment background. Some people are more qualified than others. It is my fault that I went in thinking I could start the first week. I did not allow Amanda enough time to actually do her job. I wanted to start right away like others have in the past. After hearing her explain the steps it takes to get someone into a position I immediately understood why my process took longer than others. Long story short...They are doing their very best to find everyone who walks through those doors a job. Just remember they can only work with what you yourself bring to the table and trust me they will do all they can to find you a spot. My process started on November 27th 2023, today is December 4th 2023, just only one week later and she has gotten me an interview with a job that pays really well along with a schedule that fits me perfectly. Mind you..my resume was really thin but she found a way to get me somewhere that I would fit perfectly. For that I'll say 10 stars. So for the ones who haven't heard anything back just yet, don't give up. Stay in contact with them because they will work to get you a job. I applaud Amanda for all of her hard work. This potential opportunity will be a life changing opportunity for my kids and myself. I know this may be hard for a lot of us who need work immediately but we all need to be mindful that they can only work with what you give them, so please be patient. I can't wait to start, I am praying I get an interview from their client sometime around Dec. 4th or 5th. But I will be patient for sure. Thanks Hire Dynamics

My experience was wonderful. I was places on a job assignment the same day I applied to hire dynamics. Great people there and very helpful and on the job helping people find employment. Thank you hire dynamic team.

Very literally the worst of agency Ive ever dealt with in my entire life they dont follow up they give you the complete runaround every week is will call you back or call us back but its never any solidified answers. Luckily for me. I have a great rsum and I have already security employment months ago. I just kept calling just to see what they would say. They try to convince me that they sent my job over to different places but they havent heard anything back. They even said they sent my application over to the state of Georgia employment which is interesting because I am now a government employee lol. From the month of February to November theyve only sent my application over to three jobs that is totally ridiculous. They are not doing their job, and then Office that Office should be shut down.
