The doctor there was very unprofessional! Honesty didnt even want to rate it a 1 star at all! As long as Ive been going to a dentist facility Ive never dealt with a dentist that uses profanity not a day in my life! Disrespected my husband when he asked him to open his mouth he goes and say D****. I will be reporting them the dental state board. Even with last visit he doesnt know how to speak to anyone and even when I left the room he was bad mouthing me from my understanding to my husband. Thats a huge NO! Me and my family will not being going to Valdosta dental associate on cranford rd. The biggest mistake in my life but gladly found a new dentist office who will in hope provide the proper dental care and be more professional! -0.0% would not recommend to anyone not even if this was the last resort that you would have to come too. My husband stated that he doesnt look at things through the patients point of view just from the doctor perspective all bc he feels that he has his degrees what he needs to do is take a class on customer service. These young/middle age doctors are losing their minds & his slang and how he speaks is nothing how a patient should be greeted! Amending jessing depend on the day you go in there you have to deal with the receptionists attitudes and how they speak as well. So I will be reaching out to report them! Being from my understanding and telling ones about my very recent experience yesterday that I should have not came there I should have went some place else.

I literally just sat on hold for 5 minutes because the receptionist has to put me on a brief hold I realize they have customers but everybody else has a life too
