The Valdosta ga location has gone to the dogs within 10 years...to expect accuracy and professionalism after paying over $2400 before completion of service was to much to expect...and last Tuesday 03/19 after finally getting a wax fit to pick up my dentures today...I was refused service from the new DA because I asked for an apology for the inconvenience that I was caused...My appt was 11am...after waiting over an hour while they waited for a 45 min late patient to come in. The DA became very loud combative and violent...and stated that she didn't have to be professional....she also stated that she would not work with me on the completion of my dentures today...and she didn't...I drove 1.5 hrs to get to the location...paid $24000plus before completion of service and because the employee feelings were hurt because I expected courtesy and professionalism from a business...I was advised to return on Wednesday at 4pm. I'm a disable senior who's on a fixed income....I am not capable of a return trip the next day for service that's over an hour plus and the cost of gasoline...I should have known that there were going to be problems in the future after receiving full payment up front...the very first appt and the 2nd of 2023 was canceled because of the elderly dentist personal issues both time in wasn't contacted about the change of appt till I was in route to the location...but Ms. Lynn had the decency to apologize and work with me on the convenience of my schedule....after such a violently confrontation like that in a business office I don't even know if it's safe to return by myself.
