Consistently horrible customer service. Curbside service shouldnt even be an option at this location because 9/10, they dont ever bring it out to you. Yet, most times when you go in to grab the curbside order, the employees are standing up front with no customers, then act as if helping you is an inconvenience. Ive been a retail store manager for over 16 years and this location definitely needs a customer service training refresh and/or a more aware manager.

Depending on who's working determines whether or not you get terrible, average, or exceptional service! You can definitely tell which employees know their stuff about make-up, hair, fragrances, and beauty products and the ones that don't and don't care to learn. Ulta is a fabulous one-stop shop store for anything make-up, hair, fragrance, and any other beauty product you can think of, but some of the employees make me not want to even shop there.

Every lady in the store was very helpful but specifically Maddison. She walked me around and looked for dupes/alternatives for a shimmering body oil that was out of stock. All the ladies were so sweet and enjoyed talking and looking at the baby!
