    Was told to come pickup part at the shop. Went online to see what time they open and it's says 9. I got here at 10:04 a.m. nobody was at shop so called number on the door and was told they would be here in about 20 mins. More than 30 mins later I tried to call back and now they won't answer. It's now 10:42 and nobody has showed up other than other customers. I never said you sold me a part. I was told to stop and pick up a part from yall. The business I bought my car from got you to order me a sun visor for my car sir. So no you may not sell parts but you did in fact have one for me to pick up and regardless for you as a business person to not answer after me waiting and waiting is not professional at all. The fact it took you a mth to respond says enough.

    This place was just shoddy all around. We took our RAV4 there to get fully cleaned and detailed. The car was pretty dirty and I let the employee I talked to know that I was willing to pay for whatever it took to get the car looking nice again. He told me it would take two hours. Two hours later when I came back the car had just started being worked on. He told me come back in another hour. All good for me I was happy they were taking the time to clean the car well. When I arrived again another hour later they had me pay for the car before I inspected (that was probably my biggest mistake) I paid and then gave the car a once over. They hadn't cleaned off all of the exterior wax residue in a lot of spots so the car looked patchy and horrible. Any place that was not visible at first glance had clearly been untouched by the cleaning and we're filthy. They didn't use the vacume on the air vents which were still covered in dog hair (something they charged extra for). The product they used in the interior car (still missing spots through our the vehicle) was greasy and smelled like chemicals. We had to get to the car to the tire shop because we needed to be on the road the next day so I just had to leave with my unfinished poorly waxed car. I'll need to take to an actually good detailer to get it re done. I would have been happy to pay an additional 100 if the job simply were done correctly and the needed time was communicated to me. All in all, communication was bad, job was done poorly, and the products used were cheap and probably not good for my vehicle. I won't go here again. Response to Martinez response: I only said no to the shampoo. But I clearly expressed that the most important thing to me was that the car was cleaned and I was happy to pay for anything that needed to be done as long as you communicated to me about it. The faded spots on the car doesn't excused the literal dirt that was not cleaned away. I'm attaching some small examples of the interior because we are currently driving of how you thought it would be acceptable to leave our vehicle. If your products are good you didn't use them appropriately. I didn't even mentioned the dried globs of wax we had to chip off all over the vehicle. Unfortunately we can't come back for you to fix as we are no longer in the area. Please just do the job correctly next time or communicate that you can't or it will cost more. Instead just hoping it won't be noticed.
