        Walked in first time to get a haircut. Waited for 1 customer who just sat down for a haircut. After waiting 45 minutes while Shain & the customer chatted I got up & walked out. He never said sorry for the wait or anything. Very poor & uncaring customer service. He lost a possible long time customer.

        If you are looking for a barber in Valdosta this is your guy! Ive been to maybe 6 or 7 different places and they never were able to get my hair like I asked, I went to Shane today and that changed. Went in to find a nice seating area with a huge TV and some nice dogs to hang out with, and in no time he called me up. I explained what I wanted and he got straight to cutting and we had a great conversation the whole time. He always made sure to blow the excess hair off and brush your neck off to make sure you are comfortable! From now on I will always go to Shane no matter what. I highly recommend! 10/10 experience.
