Bank OZK

Got to say a month ago this location was looking a little rough, landscaping wise. Mr Ben and his landscaping crew has done a excellent job bringing back the curbside appeal that a bank should have. 10/10 would recommend the bank and Mr Ben.

I have been dealing with this bank for years, and last week I was going to the ATM, and I noticed that a lot of new plants had been planted, and everything was looking really good. Then I noticed that the landscaper was working the property at night, and thought what a great idea that was! I asked him what made him start doing landscaping at night, and he explained to me that it was about 10 to 20 cooler, and that he didnt have to worry about a parking lot full of cars. He was very professional. I told him that I thought it was a genius idea! Keep up the good work brother! Its looking good! And I love bank in OZK, its very convenient that I can deposit cash straight into the ATM and it goes straight to my account! I can also get a card printed that same day if I need one!

My friend and I received the most amazing customer service at Bank OZK. We came in the bank stressed because we wanted to use Zelle to transfer money. We left the bank relieved because Raniya Jones walked us patiently through the steps. Over the top patience for two people who are not computer savvy. There's not enough good things to say about a person who takes time to make you feel comfortable. Just can't thank her enough!!!
