I ordered a L.O.L cake 1/2 sheet for my daughters birthday party that was in Tallahassee, went to pick it up that morning & saw the employees looking for it...I knew right then and there they either forgot to make it....it was worse- they then proceed to tell me that they gave my cake to the wrong person but the they can make another one, all they have to do is call the lady off her break! No ma'am...I don't have time, I'm headed out of town now for our party reservation! Mind you who gives a cake to a customer without making sure and the cake had my kids name on it so, you and the customer you gave it to failed to check that! I was so disappointed! I had never experienced that, especially from Sam's eventhough they made me a stale birthday cake before!
